The Elbo Room offers the option for you or your company to rent out the whole venue for an entire evening.  This option is great for large private gatherings and includes the following amenities:
  • Two Stages (main stage in venue, small stage in cocktail lounge)
  • Two Sound Systems
  • Two Arrays of Lighting
  • Partial Back-line in Venue
  • Sound Engineer
  • Bartenders
  • Door Person

*Keep in mind that if the bar ring guarantee is short of the contracted amount, you are responsible to pay the difference.

Parties
 
Are you looking for a fun atmosphere to host your next party? At the Elbo Room, we provide several different packages, options and space accommodations to suit the needs of your event.
 
Consider the ELBO ROOM to host your next birthday bash, corporate event, bachelor/bachelorette party, or any other special occasion!
 
Public Parties
At the Elbo Room you can host a public party in our cocktail lounge, the venue, or both. There is no minimum of people required for a public party.
 
Private Parties
All private parties hosted at the Elbo Room require a minimum of 50 people. Your event will be hosted in our 100 capacity private party room. You will have your own separate door person and bartender.  Optional out-of-house catering done by Leona’s (www.leonas.com) or bring in your own caterer. If you are looking for entertainment at your private party, the Elbo Room can refer you to local DJ’s, bands, or artists.
 
Party Packages
The following packages are drink options for any public or private parties and are offered for a time span of three hours* during normal business times.
 
Please note that these packages do not include shots or Red Bull mixed drinks.

*If you wish to host a party for more than three hours, your party package price will increase $5 per person for each extra hour (i.e. you choose party package 3 [National Support] for a span of five hours so: $35/person + 2 extra hours @ $5/person/hour =  $45/person)
